1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using AdGulf ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to post ads or contact sellers. You are responsible for: • Keeping your login credentials secure • All activity that occurs under your account • Providing accurate registration information • Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized account use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Posting Rules
You agree not to post ads that: • Are fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive • Offer illegal goods or services • Infringe on intellectual property rights • Contain offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content • Advertise weapons, drugs, or controlled substances • Involve human trafficking or exploitation • Constitute spam or are posted in the wrong category We reserve the right to remove any ad that violates these rules without notice.
4. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited on AdGulf: • Firearms, weapons, and ammunition • Illegal drugs and controlled substances • Counterfeit or stolen goods • Live animals (except in designated categories with proper documentation) • Hazardous materials • Pirated software or media • Any items prohibited by local laws
5. Liability Limitation
AdGulf is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We do not verify the accuracy of listings, guarantee the quality of items, or assume responsibility for transactions between users. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from your use of the Service or from transactions conducted through it.
6. Privacy
Your use of AdGulf is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using our Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Paid Services
AdGulf offers optional paid promotion packages. All payments are final unless a specific service was not delivered. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
